First Choice VIP Care is an HMO-SNP plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid program. The formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premiums, unless otherwise covered by your South Carolina Medicaid benefits.
